The SA Blook – some exciting news!
I’m thrilled to share the following news:
The SA Blook
The SA Blook is an online book written in 2008 by various bloggers about South Africa. It was an amazing project to be involved in and featured some great [tech+business] minds.
The SA Blook is now available in e-book format! [you can see it here below] Please note that for on-screen reading, it’s best viewed in full screen mode [click on the little box in the top right hand corner of the viewer below], or you can download it [by clicking on "More" and "save document"] for reading offline or printing.
It has taken a while to put this together, but the effort was worthwhile to see the final product. I hope that this will allow the blook to reach an audience that we previously couldn’t.
This blook is about South Africa – a constructive look at our present, our future and the opportunities that we have.
The various authors bring different perspectives and good insight into our society and how innovation, creativity and technology can address the issues that we face and build a stronger community.
The next chapter…
That was the fun part. Now for the exciting bit – it’s time for the next blook!
South Africa has changed significantly since we wrote the SA Blook. [and so has the world!] We wrote the first one as a positive and constructive look at our reality then, and I would like to see us now apply that same approach in identifying creative and innovative ways to address this new reality that we face.
Radical Value Creation!
Although there will be similarities in it’s production, it won’t be the same. The topic and theme will differ, I’m sure, as will the actual process of developing it – we need to apply the learnings from last time, and also try some new things too! 
I can say that several of the original writers will be returning [I'm not revealing who just yet] – we are also looking for some fresh new input from other amazing writers and bloggers out there.
